Article 1 - Identity of T&G

Article 2 - Scope
These terms and conditions apply to every offer or proposal between T&G (as a webshop) and you, the consumer (any individual purchasing products or services for personal, non-professional use). Free delivery is only available within Belgium. For delivery outside Belgium, we may apply additional shipping fees. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order. Orders from minors can be refused. By placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions, available at any time on our website. When ordering online, a copy of these terms will be provided with your confirmation or delivery, which we recommend saving or printing.

Article 3 - Our Offer and Your Order
Offers with limited validity or special conditions will explicitly mention this. Our offers always include a detailed product description and ordering process. Images are a true representation of products, but in case of an error, we are not obligated to deliver. Your order is finalized when you receive our confirmation email and your payment is validated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, and bank transfers. If your payment is declined, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery. Orders without valid payment will not be processed. To order, add products to your cart, enter personal and billing information, choose delivery, and complete the purchase.

Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the delivery date (or contract date for services) to return products without reason or penalty. We will refund you within 3 days of receiving your return or cancellation notice, using the same payment method. Refunds may be delayed until we receive the goods or proof of return. Handle products carefully during the 14-day period, and return them in original condition and packaging with all accessories. You can return items via post, and in some cases, we may arrange pickup. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the European withdrawal form and send it to tandg.shirt@gmail.com or Ruelle des Croix 63, 1390 Grez-Doiceau.

Article 5 - Price
Prices remain stable during the offer period unless VAT rates change. All taxes and services are included in the price, with no hidden fees. Free delivery is offered in Belgium. For specific time-slot deliveries, shipping fees may apply, and we will notify you before confirming your order.

Article 6 - Payment
Online payments are limited to methods offered on our website. Secure payments and data privacy are ensured through SSL encryption. No special software is needed, and secure connections are indicated by a padlock icon in your browser.

Article 7 - Compliance and Warranty
We guarantee that our products match your order and meet reasonable expectations based on their specifications. Additionally, our products comply with current laws at the time of order. For products, a minimum legal warranty of two years applies for non-compliance. In case of defects, you are entitled to free repair or replacement for up to two years after delivery.

Article 8 - Delivery and Execution
Products and services are delivered to the address provided during your order. We aim to process orders promptly and always within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If delays occur, or if we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you before the delivery deadline. If we fail to notify you in time, you may cancel your order without charge, and we will refund you within 30 days. Until the product is received by you, all shipments are at our risk. However, any returns are at your own risk. If items are damaged, incorrect, or missing, please notify us promptly and return the goods. We are not responsible for indirect damage due to late or non-delivery by third-party carriers. In such cases, our liability is limited to the value of the unreceived goods.

Article 9 - Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, we are not obligated to fulfill our commitments. We may suspend obligations or cancel your order during the force majeure. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, fires, technical failures, network disruptions, or delays in third-party deliveries.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property
Our website, logos, texts, photos, names, and all other communication are protected by intellectual property rights. It is prohibited to use or modify these rights without prior written permission from T&G.

Article 11 - Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We aim to address complaints within 3 business days. Belgian law applies exclusively to all contracts. In case of international law application, reference will be made to the Belgian Economic Code.
